Definitely not number 2...emails to "me" tend to arrive in little flurries; I know far too much already about dental appointments, fast food orders, Bloomingdales receipts, school reports...
The handwriting exercise appeals most. I've touch-typed at a fast speed for a long time now, faster than I think now that I'm a little cognitively slowed by MS.
Loving the Lagom - it's something I'm doing now out of necessity, but it really is good. I think the real secret is knowing (and I don't know!) how to KEEP IT THAT WAY after! As a constipated novelist ( I have a really great idea for a book but it's just a load of notes and I need to boot myself up the botty to get it going) - I will definitely work on my writing speed. Finally, Slade. Yes, I agree that due to torrential overplaying the Christmas song is without doubt actually painful to listen to, BUT Slade were a fantastic band if you really do listen to a lot of their other songs. They really were very good. Just skip the Merry Christmas one. Thanks Mike - always look forward to reading your stuff!
Fun ideas! Additional suggestion to the 1-mile challenge (my favorite of your list): Introduce yourself to the co-habitants you recognize because you regularly cross paths with them.
Not really sure what's gong on here, but I'm for it!

In every post of yours I find myself thinking “whoa! I have similar thoughts, I’d love to discuss it further with Mike!”
This is not to claim ownership as much as to feel that I’m not alone thinking mad stuff!
(Did I mention thinking??)
