Hello! This is Everything Is Amazing, a newsletter about curiosity.
And this isn’t a newsletter. Not really. It’s just a quickie. My final piece on optical illusions for this season is coming over tomorrow - but this is just a short note regarding two things:
Thanks to Substack’s snazzy new magazine layout, the homepage for the Web version of this newsletter is looking increasingly less amateurish (thanks, Substack) - and I’ve now started a “Start Here” pinned post that will serve as a linking map to all the good stuff that’s been in here for the last 3 seasons & future seasons to come, plus some other reading recommendations and anything else I trip over while backing away in horror from my own first drafts.
You can find it here (currently a work in progress, so there’ll be updates in days to come). This afternoon at 6pm British time (1pm EST / 10am PST), I’ll be chatting to my good friend Kirsten Alana using some news-fangled thing called Twitter Spaces, all about this newsletter and my plans for it, and anything else that comes to mind.
If you fancy listening in, click this link at the appointed time. (Update: click the link for the recording.)
Cheers!
- Mike
